Returns
I have a 100% money back guarantee as long as the item is returned in good condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any duty or taxes.

Exchanges
I’m happy to exchange your item/s. You will be responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes. Once received in good condition I will send you a Gift Card via email to be used as you like.

I custom dye each piece, and due to the unique characteristics of leather, there can be differences in thickness and how the hides take colour. As each hide is also slightly different, no two pieces are exactly alike. I enjoy these variations and try to bring out the natural texture of the leather as much as possible.
The rivets and snap used are Lead, Nickel and Cadmium free.
Ear-wires or hooks are Niobium and Hypoallergenic. The posts and butterfly back are Surgical Steel and Titanium.

How long we retain your data
